Humana (app) is among top 5 insurance payers in the US.
It caters to 65+ retired population with a higher risk of attaining health care.
Problem Statement -
The client was looking for a robust digital system, where the gap between the Cover provider and the Customer can be reduced.
Proposed Solution -
I suggested to the HUMANA app as a Health coach, to provide “Human Touch” where an elderly person speaks (in his own language) and asks for help for any information / claim settlement with just one tap & gets the solution directly from the insurance provider within a few minutes.
